Default Noisy fan clutch bearings.

Hi,
I have a 2000 Sportage and the fan clutch bearings seems to have no grease in them or sound like it. For now i spray some lubricant and it is better.
Question: Is there someone have ever try to open the fan clutch and replace the bearings? Is it possible to find the bearings? Or it simply can not be fix?

INSPECTION
Fan Clutch
1. When the engine is cool, check that the fan is moving freely. If it does not, replace the fan clutch assembly.
2. When the engine is hot, resistance is felt when the fan is rotated. If not, replace the fan clutch assembly.
3. Check for excessive bearing play. If there is excessive play, replace the fan clutch assembly.

4. Check to be sure there is no fluid leakage from the fan drive.
5. Check to be sure there is no deformation of the bimetal spring.
6. Remove fan. Refer to “Coolant Pump” in this section.
7. Remove the clutch from the fan.
8. Check for leaks.
