Talking Rear Springs?

I just found this wonderful site, I am pumped about this. I have just had my Wife say I told you so. I have put one two many heavy loads in the back of our little truck. I have broke a rear spring. I called the dealer and their prices are nuts. Imagine that!!! I have seen on this forum that there are other options. Like off a TJ, or Aerostar. How much does this change the ride height? I dont want it looking like a 70's Gremlin, LOL. Could someone let me know which model, year, and what height difference I can expect. Thanks in advance. This is wonderful, I am so happy I found this site. Thanks Tim

The TJ springs will change the ride height. The stock Kia springs look like they were originally meant for a go cart or something; my Sentra's springs are taller.

Summit sells lowering springs as well as air bags. KiaCarParts.net has rear coils for ~$87- here, not sure if that's each or pair.
