Default another timing belt question

Okay I'm a little confused about the the intake exhaust and crank position on install...

The I and e should both be at 12 o clock but what about the crank shaft? In the instructions it says the woodruff key must also be at 12 oclock (same spot as the 2 mating marks on the crank and block. so basically everything at 12 o clock.

What has got me confused is that it also says that the mating marks are supposed to line up with the S on the exhaust side after 2 turns..... I must be doing something wrong because that is not so far the case for me even though everything is at 12 o clock at the start...

THANKS!

NM, I'm an idiot.... Looks like I was right about the initial setting to line everything at 12, the S line up is for when you are done with the allignment and that is where you need to leave it before running the engine...
Either that or I'm way off but it's all put back together and seems to run fine..

You guys ROCK!

Thank you
