Default kia sportage shooting multiple codes

my kia sportage is driving me insane. i just checked the computer for codes and i got the following codes

PO650- MIL CONTROL CIRCUIT MALF
PO141- O2 SENSOR HEATER CIRCUIT MALF(BANK 1 SENSOR 2)
PO171 SYSTEM TOO LEAN (BANK 1)
PO13A- FUEL AIR METERING
PO128- COOLANT TEMP BELOW THERMOSTAT REGULATING TEMP.

now, i know that the PO650 is because the bulb in the check eng. indicator is blown and i also know the the PO128 is because i replaced the thermostat with a 180 degree instead of stock, but the rest i am unsure of.

so far i have replaced the following: fuel filter, spark plugs, plug wires and coils, and pcv valve.

it is running like crap and often stumbles at stop lights and backfires as you press the gas to leave the light. any ideas?

I'd replace that 02 sensor next. If the engine really is running lean, it will run the way you describe.
