Welcome to the forum.

The O2 sensor code be a bad sensor or a vacuum leak - what code number did you get?

The misfiring could be bad plugs, plug gaps too large, bad ignition coils, bad coil HT wires, just to name a few.

It would be best you tell us what is "everything" that you tried, just so that we don't scratch our heads and suggest the "everything" you've already tried.

then fun misfire code.. mine was miss firing on cylinders 1 & 3 and took me about 800 bux to get figured out. I thought it would be coils, plugs, wires, timing belt all that so i bought all news ones changed them all and changed the coil wire harness, and it made no difference. So i gave up and took it to a shop and it was only the fuel pressure regulator causing the problem. 400 dollar bill from the shop and it ran like a champ.

The light binds permanently in trip.
I want to know if this is one of these problems or if it exists others?

If the light comes on and stays on during a journey it indicates a fault - its unlikely that its a problem that will cause immediate damage, but best to get the fault codes that are stored in the ECU and that will point towards what is actually the problem.
If the light comes on its best to get it checked as soon as possible.
