Question Squeaks and a sucking wind noise

Hello, I've a 2000 Sportage 4x4 that I've been working on since we've bought it. I've finally hit a problem I can't figure out on my own. Just recently the truck started squeaking and has lost power, (constant squeak above 2700 RPM) at the same time a noise that sounds like the fan is constantly running came w/ the squeaks (intensity matching RPMs). I figured that changing the belts would fix the squeaks, but before I do it, I'd like some input on what that wind noise could be. Any suggestions out there?

Thank you in advance for any help received.

Probably a defective fan clutch on the radiator cooling fan. Check the fan blades for cracks also it is a known problem. There is a recall on this item but I do not know if your year is involved.
