1999 Sportage Pwr Windows inop
my 1999 Kia Sportage 2dr half rag top power windows stopped working recently (as did the wipers and heater a/c blower). I have elminated the motors and switches as the problem but now what? I have tested the relay and it works properly but the yellow wire that runs to position 2 of the relay is dead. I can remove the relay and jump connecter C240 position 1 - NO (normally open) and position 3 - COM and the windows work, but only when they are hotwired. GDS shows the yellow wire going to the fuse block after splice S209 but I have been unable to track it to the fuse block so far. any ideas? could the blower and wipers be related in some way to this window relay issue?
