Default 2001 Sportage - Water on Driver Side after rain

This morning I found lots of water on the driver side floor. Mat was all soaked. It did rain last nite. However there is no trace of water running down from anywhere. Car had lots of dust collected on the surfaces and all of it is still there (LOL). I hosed it for good 15 min today trying to replicate the problem but I couldn't. NO LEAK whatsoever.
Any ideas?

One other thing I've noticed is lots of water dripping on the ground from underneath the driver side. I think it could be simply condensation but not sure about it.
Note: NO A/C in the car
Tips? Ideas?

I had the exact same problem. Found the leak at the top left corner of the windshield on the driver side. Had a glass company use a sealer on the top and sides of the glass gasket to the metal car body. Problem gone.
I looked for this problem for over 2 months. In this case the water would run down and get trapped in the steering wheel cover I bought. Then when i turned the wheel after it rained the water would dump in my lap . LOL

Exclamation No, no, no...

This is what the problem is...
To the left of the engine on the firewall there is a rubber tube that points downward. This is the drain tube for the heater/ac blower. Pull this off. If the metal tube in the firewall starts gushing water, the rubber tube is clogged. If it doesn't, poke something into the metal tube on the firewall and unclog it there.

Hi,
On mine, it is the left front door is leaking. To solve the problem i pull the bottom of the door inside pannel and stick inside of it a thin strip of rubber, around 5mm wide. When i close the door the strip redirec the water on the door step away from the seal plate of the carpet.
