Depends on what you want done, you can go as low as $299.99 at Macco, but all that is is they mask of areas not to be painted, rough up the old paint with a scotch brite pad and slap down a coat of cheap paint.

If you want a half decent job, they need to be removing lights, window seals, door handles etc! and not just masking them off, going to need to sand down the old paint, and apply more than one coat of decent paint. This however will only get the outside of the car painted, the inside of the door, under the hood etc! will still be the original colour, so when you go to sell it it will be very noticeable that it's been repainted, and they will ask why, might even deter people from buying it as they might think the new paint is covering accedent damage!

For the best result, the doors, hood, door liners, everything needs to be removed, and painted.

You could look at prices from a few thousand to upwards of ten thousand, depending what you want done, and where and when you go!
