It is under the dash passenger side in the blower housing. It is not the normal 3 coil type but a resistor circuit type board. Follow the fan motor leads to the part.

Is the circuit board in the blower motor or attached to the duct?
How large is the board?

Im believe the motor speed controler is right next to the blower motor.

Take a good look at the board after removal. In my 2001 a solder connection had broken. I re-soldered it and it has worked great for years.

Yeah.. I need to check mine.. The fan works on number 1,3, and 4 settings.. Its never worked on number 2 since I got it last year
