Default 99 sportage missfire and bucks

already replaced the wires and plugs and coilpaks,
vehicle is hard to get goin but once you find the sweet spot with the gas pedal you can milk it up to speed then it seems to kick in and go just fine, but gettin up to speed can take a while, and dont even think of jumpin out in front of on coming vehicle, any help would be nice, dont know where to turn next or just take it to a shop and get milked there,

is it the fuel pump, or throttle sesnor. or cat converter clogged ?

Default yes it does

its has smelt since we got it, and yes it does run ruff, but only when trying to take off, once going, you can milk the pedal for the sweet spot and it takes off as normal

Default darnit

checked connections on cdi's all good, changed the pcv , disconnected the battery , and the check lite went out, went around the block, all was good, still hesitating, so i drove it to the shop to try to get inspected today, got there all was still good , they put it in the bay hooked up the machine, and the light came on again , and thru a code saying miss fire in 4 ??????? what can i do next, the exhaust seems to leave the vehicle good, i guess the fuel filter is the next thing i can do, any suggestions on how to get that done???? thanks
