According to the 1998-2001 Kia Sportage Factory Service Manual (the sporty bible) there is not one built in.
They show a picture of and procedures for disconnecting the fuel line in front of and behind the high pressure fuel filter and inserting some kind of gauge apparatus.
This also probably explains why my favorite mech shop could not do a professional injector cleaning and flushing for me. Said it required special adapters to work with his cleaning unit, and the price of the adapters did not justify a one time customer cleaning.
When my daughters sporty had fuel delivery problems, I just replaced the low pressure filter (the inlet sock filter at the electric pump) and the high pressure filter at the same time and that took care of if. Never went threw the pressure measurement procedure because of that problem of connecting up a gauge to the lines.
