i have prepaid legal services, my attorney just sent them a letter stating a full refund. The place i bought it at changed them plugs at 36,000 miles. The place that fixed it, quoted the only way that would happen is if they cross threaded it or didn't tighten it up all the way.

also when it ripped out of head they had to pull the head and reweld and machine the sparkplug hole. a head gasket cost me 129.00.

Not so, If they removed the plugs while engine was hot, the threads could come out with the plug. Another scenario is no 'anti-sieze' on the threads during installation.
