1998 Kia Sportage SUV with Ghost Riding Along

Here is what is happening. Every once in a while the windows will not work along with the air conditioner and heater. Also, the starter clicks sometimes and won't turn over the engine.. The starter clicking and the windows and air and heater not working never at the same time. Then after a length of time when driving I will turn the air on or heater and bingo they start working like there was never anything wrong.
Same way with the starter when it sits for just a few minutes. That is why I added Ghost Riding Along to this thread cause that is what it seems like.
When everything works everything seems to be flawless like nothing ever happened.

You have a bad ground wire. Start at the battery ground then on to the chassis grounds
