Default 98 Sportage rotor replacement help needed

Well, I have the beast up on jack stands, I got the caliper assembly off, but the adapter mount bolts are giving me a problem. They won't budge, no matter how much penetrating spray I use, or what length breaker bar I use, even the impact wrench isn't helping.

Is 19mm the correct size of these bolts? I don't want to round off the corners anymore, and I'm getting really frustrated. I have every tool known to man at my disposal, and I want to make sure I'm using the right one.

Thanks!

Default Update

OK, I did manage to get the rotor bolts off, and the rotor changed out OK, now it's just getting the caliper piston pushed back into place and hoping the caliper assembly isn't hosed. That would explain everything else I guess (the pads and rotor going out).
