Hi. I'm wondering if anyone has managed to find a universal cupholder/console that can be put in a kia sportage (2002). I'm looking for something to replace the cupholders that came with the car - I'm tired of not being able to see my ac controls, etc.
So far everything I've found is too wide. It appears the top of the existing console could pretty easily be taken off and something put over that if I could find something narrow enough to fit in the 6" space. So far I'm not finding anything. I don't think I want on that goes on the door - I've had one of those for another car in the past and always ended up spilling my drink when I forgot I'd left it on the door and slammed it.
I may end up having to build something myself but wish I could find something.
