I have an OBD2 code P0303 - Cylinder 3 Misfire detected. Does anyone know where I should start my search. This is the only error code I am getting. The engine is running rough.

Check your spark plugs first off... And with the system they have set up in there you only have two actual real plug wires. The other two are coil packs so in order to replace the wires you would have to buy the two actual wires AND new coils, which most of the time isnt necessary because the wires never bend or fray so they stay in good condition. I would definetly start with the spark plugs... Also, you may want to check to see if oil is pooled down in the well where the spark plug screws into. Alot of times, especially on later model sportages, the valve cover gasket leaks and oil ends up down in the well with the spark plug, ruining it.
