If an engine runs to lean because of an exhaust manifold leak and is then repaired and the check engine light comes back on after a week could it be the 02 sensor that has now gone bad because the engine run lean for a while and plugged it up does this make sence

hi: try replacing the gas cap ( wal-mart $7 ) and then reset ( unhook battery for 10 min ) This worked on my 2001 Sportage
