Cleaning The Interior

Hi everyone, I've had a 2001 Sportage for about 3 months now. I've only washed/cleaned the exterior so far... but now the seats and the inside smell is getting weird (maybe it's the cloth?). So here are my questions:

1. What can I use on the seats (maybe a spray that will be absorbed by the cloth)?
2. Is there a specific cleaning liquid and fabric that you would recommend for cleaning the dashboard, steering wheel, and armrest?

Armor All is the best for the dash and doors. I never cleaned my seats since I put covers on them. Smartest thing to do to keep them clean.
