Programming Sportage Keyless Remote

I bought a keyless remote for my 1999 Kia Sportage from the local Kia dealer but the instructions claim there is a programming button you must hold down for 15 second to program. I cannot find that button. Anyone know where that might be?

I heard a rumor that its down below/behind the console.

There is posting with exact info.It says that the button is on the left side
of the console.Anyway I couldn't find it.

All I needed was to add remotes to my receiver. I got new units for about 1/3 dealer price for my 00 Sportage & 02 Sedona on -
