Switch On The Dashboard ?

I don't have an owner's manual. And there is a switch on the dashboard of my KIA sportage2001` marked ECO PWR on the top portion of the switch. The bottom portion is marked EC-AT. Was wondering if someone could tell me the purpose and what happens when I push it.

Switches between eco mode and power mode for the autobox.

the economy mode is to make it somehow shift slower and it saves on gas, when the power mode is pushed it has more power and will shift faster but it uses more gas, when it's in power mode it should say power up by the speedometer.

That switch is just an overdrive switch. Basically, when the 'Power' light is on, overdrive is off, giving you more power to accelerate but it takes more gas.
