My heater fan went out again it was replaced 2 times under warranty and now a 3rd time but now out of my pocket at $174.00plus tax it has to be a problem with the fan itself it sucks . And i only have about 300kms left on powertain warranty anything i should look for thanks

I have a 2001 and am on my 4th blower. Water is not running out of the cold air intake, it is running down the motor. Check when it is raining and the there should be water on the motor and a wet carpet. I am trying to find out if there is a plugged drain in the air plenum.
