2000 Sportage good?

Ok, so I am new to this forum because I am very close to buying a 2000 Sportage 4X4 but would love some feed back on it because I have heard more bad things then good about them. I also need to know the towing capacity on it as I need to tow a boat. If anyone has one and could give me some feed back. I would be very grateful.

After doing some research on my own I have found out the towing capacity. But would still like some advice from anyone who has had or knows anyone who has or had a 2000 Sportage.

Hello there i own a 2001 kia sportage S the KIA is ok
for towing, i tow a caravan 1100kg no problem, they have
there little niggles the same as any other car,the electrical
connectors give a bit trouble but as long as you keep them
clean, and stick to the kia service shedule you should have no problems.
