The chances of all four injectors failing at the same time is pretty slim. Whatever the problem is it's something that would affect all of them.
First, just because you can hear the fuel pump running doesn't mean that it's actually producing flow. I've seen fuel pumps where the impeller has detached from the motor, or the pump output is not connected to the line out of the tank so it's just spraying gas around inside. It's annoying that our Sportages don't have a pressure test port, but what I like to do on such vehicles is the activate the fuel pump and use a stethoscope to listen for flow in the fuel rail, yes you can hear it. The fuel pump can be activated with the key off by running a jumper from the battery hot post to pin 1 of the diagnostic plug, or by removing the fuel pump relay and jumping the feed and load terminals there.
If you can hear fuel flowing in the rail, next check to make sure the injectors are getting power. Turn the key on, and using a multimeter, black lead on a solid ground, check for battery voltage at each injector plug. I'm not sure, but it should be the green wire, or whatever wire is the same color on every plug. If there is no power then you've narrowed it down to an electrical problem. If there is, then you know either all injectors are bad (unlikely) or the ECM is not commanding them open.
If you have fuel flowing through the rail (and even low pressure should allow the engine to start, just not run well) and power to all four injectors, make sure the check engine light comes on with the key in the Run position. If it does, then you know that ECM is getting power (I'm sure you've checked every single fuse already, anyway).
Assuming all that's good, we get into more complicated troubleshooting. The ECM relies on the Camshaft Position Sensor to time the injectors. Some vehicles will run in "limp mode" without the signal, but not all. I don't know about the Sportage.
Hope this helps.
