Fuel Tank Backup
About a month ago my wife said that something was wrong with our 97 Kia sephia and she couldn't get the gas in it. I went to put gas in it myself thinking she just didn't want to fill it up and the gas consistently backs up into the fill line. If I let it sit a second I can continue to fill it up until it again backs up and clicks off the pump. This makes filling up the car with fuel go from a 2 minute job to a 8 minute job as I have to fill a little, let the air pull it down and repeat till it is actually full.
Is this a common problem or is there any fix I can do? It is really odd.
