1996 kia sephia won't start on the rain

Hello.
I'm having a very frustrating problems with my kia sephia. It is kia sephia 1996. , 1.5 L (for europe market). The car won't start if i leave him outside on a rainy day for some time like one day or two. When i try to start him up i hear clicking but it won't start the engine. Also interesting thing is when engine is warm up and i turn the engine of and in a few minutes i start the engine again-rpm suddenly go's crazy and engine almost die. The car , when it's working is working fine in higher speeds although i can feel sometimes slight stutter but real problems are when accelerating in first and second gear, then stutters alot. If someone had similar problems or have any idea what coul'd be the problem be free and say it.

Make sure your cable posts on the battery connections are clean and tight. Sounds like you might be having problems due to the battery connecting and disconnecting again. Check for burned out fuses inside and in the engine bay area. Also make sure your distributor cap is clean and dry. You can also check all of your plugs and wirings. Good Luck!
