94 sephia fuel leak

1994 kia sephia, 5 speed manual trans. \r\n250,000 miles.
The hose that connects to my fuel filter is corroding all of a sudden like, and it leaks gas bad. The whole car smells of gas and is visable on street. It appears that hose is not all the way connected to filter. I am NOT a mechanic, but this may be as simple as clamping hose on closer to filter. Please help, desperatley need this transportation. Thanx! new to this forum.

Yes, u are right..just clamp it closer to the filter and if that doesn't work, run a new hose to solve the problem.
