Default Sephia 93 1.6 GTX going forward is jumpy

My car is having major problems when moving forward
When going in reverse everything works ok. As soon as I start driving forward it is killing my neck with all that jumping. It bearable when rpm is in 2-3k radius, even then accelerator use is really tricky.

Air flow meter was changed when computer check from mechanic said that was the problem...it wasn't.
Plugs are checked, fuel filter is changed, "lambda" thingie is changed...

Next one changing new car?

Any lights on your instrument panel? If yes, check into the code, could be a faulty sensor. If nothing is on, make sure the tranny electrical connection are nicely fitted and tight. Check for any loose wires at the tranny. If all else fails, have a mechanic look at your transmission. Good luck.
