Default What do you think the problem is? Brake Problem

It feels like my rotors are warped... I get pretty bad vibration when slowing/stopping at high speeds, and when I'm coming to a stop, the brakes feel like they're grabbing the rotors at a certain point in the revolution, causing it to be a little jerky, almost like I'm pumping the pedal.

Is it possible that this could be from the rotors being loose, since theres only 1 screw holding them in on both sides (I dunno what happened to the other ones) or does it sound like they're warped?

Also, assuming they're warped... When I buy new ones, I have a few options of course. Is it worth it to buy the best quality rotors? I only expect to be using the vehicle for a couple more years, but I really don't want to replace the rotors twice. AutoZone has cheap ones for $30 each, but if it's truly worth it to buy the best quality, I guess I wouldn't mind spending more.

Its not that I insist, its that its kinda hard to diagnose a problem not know what car.....
And if you insist on the attitude, Ill tell you why I asked.
BECAUSE there is an appropriate forum (for each car) where you post things. and this thread is not in one. Correct? Youll also get more help if you post in in the car specific forum.
