I have a 1996 Kia Sephia. I have taken it to the dealer 3 times for blowing hot air when I turn on the air condition. Every time they do the routine check to isolate the problem. The problem disappear and the air is working. After about 3 or 4 days it goes back to blowing hot. The dealer says that they are not sure what the problem is exactly, but that it could be a sticking Dual Pressure Switch. They want to charge $150 plus labor to replace it. I was just wondering do anyone knows where this switch is so that maybe I can just reset it some kind of way until I buy my new car in October?

if your car is still under warrenty then have em do the work. If not then jsut hold out till you get a new car, or just trade int eh car for something better like a modern Rio or a newer spectra. I think your a bit out of luck on this one, sounds alot like a compressor problem or an AC leak, I think its best to have them fix it.
