Tps And Catalytic Converter

Hello.

Excuse for my english.
I have a Kía sephia 1995.

I have very problems with the car.

1. The TPS sensor doesn´t work well. sometimes the revolutions are high and inmediatly go to down.

2. The catalytic converter, it's too hot, that the cabin is hot too.

The catalytic converter is going to be super hot. Do you know the purpose of it? It heats up the exhaust fumes to burn them away thus getting super hot.

Replace the tps.
