the aboslute best bulb manufacturer is PIAA
but expect to pay at lease 50 a set.
then step down is sylvania silverstars. I have these in my sephia and they are really good bulbs. crystal white light. not that dim yellow crappy stock ones.
also you can get some at www.ebay relativly cheap.
