yes you will have to pay!
this is the only online manual. only other route would be go to the dealer and pay 70-90 dollars for manual!

Aaaaa.... hmmmmmmmmm ...... This is not very good, if company does sell the management of user to its products, all companies do give it free of charge, why KIA does sell? 70-90 dollars this very much….

it used to be free until 2 months ago or so. you can get a month or somethin for less then 20 bucks.
the price i gave is for dealer cost not the online manual.
