Actually old chap it's only the Brits, Irish, Maltese & Cypriots who still drive on the left side of the road in Europe - note the common thread -all are island nations.

We've been driving on the left ever since the Roman occupation and I don't expect that it will ever change - it's not that simple to do when you consider road layouts, junctions and signs let alone vehicles (think of bus doors) and education.

Be careful if you go to the US Virgin Islands!
