Another drawback of using USB over AUX or the dual iPod connection is the lack of gapless mp3 playback. This doesn't apply to everyone, but anyone who listens to mix CDs, live CDs, anything where there is continuous music without pauses will find that using USB media (or indeed a data CD of MP3s) results in the 2 second pause between tracks.
