svo is thicker than diesel so is harder to pump in cold weather as we have at the moment
but even though i am not running veg at the moment the other day mine wouldnt start so i put the jump leads on and it still wouldnt fire so then i boiled up a kettle and poured it over the intercooler to warm up the air going into the engine and it fired straight up
so since you have imo quite a strong mix of veg i would suggest boiling water over the filter, fuel rail and intake or whilst the battery is charging put a fan heater or even a hair dryer set up to blow into the engine bay to warm things up
