The Kia Dealership in Greenville, Sc. installed a factory Lowering Kit on my 05 Spectra EX. It was thier first kit that they installed and did the work for free. My car set down about 2 1/4 inches and looks alot better. Between the Lowering and the Ground Effects my Kia Racecar sits really Low now. The Handling was surprisingly much better than stock too. The Kit was $325 and it looks like it was'nt to hard to install.

Highly recomend the Kit. (And it's Factory)...
