You live in Canada. Change to a nice SYNTHETIC 0w30 or 5w30 oil and sleep good at night. Your increase in mileage has nothing to do with the oil. It has more to do with the fact that the car is becoming closer to being broken in. Brand doesn't really matter. Even the Supertech 2000 at Wal-Fart will do you well.
