does it try to go left no matter the speed?
there are several factors that may cause the behaviour you are saying:
- the front wheels are out of alignment (they should check wheel geometry)
- the front tires are not properly inflated, or the left one is deflated.
- the front left tire is improperly worn out.
- the steering is not working properly.
- the wheels are not properly balanced
You should get to a tyre shop to check the pressure and the balance of each wheel.
The tire issues should be cleared, as you say they rotated them.. but i don't know it's strange for a new car to behave like this.
