thats 5% solvent with 95% SVO though isnt it?

Im roughly 35lts Diesel, 35 lts SVO and 2 lts white spirit, I bought some millers diesel power sport plus 4 (new stuff apparently) not used it yet though as it suggests adding it to a near empty tank
