Bio-Power Index page in the section making your owm fuel he suggests 5% solvant but this is just a general guide not cast in stone on my last fill i didnt use any solvant just a good dollop of millers dieselpower plus but then i am running a weaker mix than you but even on this low ratio my car still seems to run a touch smoother but that is just in my biased opinion but it definetly dosent run any worse
