OK, you confused me. Just realised you have facelift (?) model from another post. This thread started about a 2006. I'm guessing they are much the same - the drawers are only removable after the trim is removed, so they just have to be opened. Perhaps if you could post a pic of the console and the drawer area we might be able to figure it out if noone knows for certain.

Anyway, if you only want to get at the wiring, can you not just remove the radio from its enclosure? All my radio head units have been removable with the right tool (and sometimes the wrong tools ) usually supplied or available at any auto audio supplier. Removing the trim does make life easier when you can do it, but not necessary. (or are the NA spec radios bolted in.)
