Good luck with that, Len. Ours had a quiet, intermittent version of the infamous front-strut-thump for about 12 months. It came & went, never very loud & then just disappeared. We never even got around to mentioning it to the Dealer. Our latest was the battery mysteriously flattening itself. It was eventually traced to a defective wiring loom on the DVD. They've now agreed to replace the whole shebang - again. I think this'll be our 5th DVD player, I've lost count.
They'll be glad when our warranty runs out!
