the shudders in low revs can be caused by any of the following :

1) thin clutch lining - thereby causing a 'delay' in engaging the engine and the transmission.

2) clutch adjustment - your clutch might be set too low. you might need to adjust the clutch so that it engages / disengages with lesser pressure on the pedal (no need to push it all the way down, maybe only halfway).

3) engine support - worn out / damaged engine support in the front and rear of the engine can cause the delay as the engine 'twists' a bit when the clutch engages the engine and the transmission.

4) engine timing - most modern engines have automatic timing, but checking it and having it set to the correct settings often helps.
