It's normal to get a few oil drips after getting a oil change, the filter is in such a position that when you change it out you will spill some oil on to the frame and t-case, it's this old oil trapped in the frame rails and nooks and crannies of the t-case hat drip down, however the amount of oil should not increase over time and should go away after a week.

Try getting some parer towel and wipping the area around the oil filter dry, make sure you clean the outside of the filter and just below it, so when you wipe a clean sheet of paer towel over it no oil is visible. Then go for a short drive. After the oil has had a chance to circulate get a clean sheet of paer towel and wipe around the oil filter, check the paer towel. If there is fresh oil visible on the towel you have a leak, if the towel is free of new oil, the filter is probally not leaking.
