you could raise the rear clearance between the tires and the rear quarter panel by

a) stretching the suspension springs and changing your shocks
b) change the suspension springs to one that is a bit longer (and of course, change your shocks
c) you could put on a 'spacer' or something that will put on a little more space to lift the spring higher - imagine something like a big thick washer you put on the rear shock mounts. this way, you still use your old springs and shocks- but you'll also have to change the mounting screws to longer ones to accomodate the spacer.
