If you're a little bit handy, you can purchase a charging kit from any auto store and do it yourself for the AC. However, the proper way to repair is to find the leak, repair it, evacuate and recharge the system. Are you within the 60k warranty?
Haven't had problems with the rear seats at all. If its just the plastic arm, you should be ok. Could be normal wear and tear.
Changing the headlights used to be a bear for me, but I found out you can remove three screws that hold the entire fixture into place and pull it away, thus exposing the connections for the bulb. Don't know about the fog lights.
The rear wiper is something new. You can probably pick up a replacement from the dealer or ebay or something. I've replaced the front wiper arms and they're very easy, so I can imaging the rear ones to be just as easy.
