Your explaination of xR is enlightening. I was not aware it was possible to use xR trim in Europe.
Is the xR CRDi you show with VGT, or is it gasoline with turbo? Or is it linear supercharged, with belt drive? Personally, I think the 2.0-litre CRDi will be a favourite in Europe - we need to see it on the roads with low suspension, 18-inch rims and rear xR spoiler.
You are right - Europe is growing and now with the design of Peter Schreyer - pro_cee'd and ex_cee'd are the stars of the future!
Kia needs a coupe...

Hi Lift... (haha long name there!)! In this instance only, the Cee'd xR, as pictured earlier in this section, is powered by a new petro turbocharged 2.0L four-cylinder developed by Hyundai and Kia engineering teams in-house. A xR CRDi will be offered but maybe not at release date due to production factors. Details won't be made public for a bit until all the elements are in place to share. Peter Schreyer is a terrific team player with an eye for making Kia shine among our competition. He is an amazing person with strong characteristics that creates excitement wherever he goes within our company. He is so well respected outside of Kia that he brings credibility to our future plans in Europe. Exciting times to be a part of Kia.
I have passed on your comments which I also appreciated. I seriously do take interest in posts here on the forum. Thank you Lift.
