Hi Pete,
I'm not quite sure why your Sedona was fitted with 205's, possibly because at some time one of it's previous owners managed to acquire them ceaper than 215's.

To play safe i would recommend fitting 215/65R15's on the basis that they are the size specified by Kia for European vehicles.
Consider that the Sedona is in excess of 2000Kg and the tyres need to safely support it's weight through cornering forces, which obviously cause an un-equal distribution of weight across the 4 tyres.

In theory, 225/65/R15's would give a slightly less harsh ride and would affect the rolling circumference only negligably. Changing the profile to 70 or even down to 60 (not recommended) would affect the overall ratio and would need to be compensated for by changing to a different width, noting that the distribution of weight across the tyre's road contact area would change and may require a change in pressures to compensate.
Any reputable tyre company should be able to give precise details but again, consider that the vehicle does a great deal of computer modelling to calculate suitable tyre sizes and pressures.
Regards
Mark
