We do not have a shimmy but I can say our dealer pretty much gives all the attention to the Mazda and Chevy customers and ignores the Kia people........I imagine for the POS reasons? I am not sure..........someone said under their breath 'you get what you pay for' or something.........seems like they should screen their dealers better because look what we get stuck with now. Where else can we get warranty service done, do we have other choices besides the dealer at this point?

I HAVE called Kia directly, the lady apologized and guess what, I have still had no resolution. I have not even had a free oil change offered to me for all of my trouble. My O2 sensor has gone out NUMEROUS times, it RIGHT now is showing check engine again as we speak. They keep saying to come back in, I have nothing better to do then leave my car there. I got treated so badly by a lady there.......oh don't get me started. The service manager got involved but still the problem is not fixed and on top of it my car got RUN INTO while it was there and they have not fixed the damage yet. They denied there being recalls to the airbags needing to be done for a long time until I proved to them that they needed to be done, and I have a child, then once I proved it, made and appt and took it in, left it two days, picked it up.......they still had not fixed it because they forgot to order the right parts even though I had made the appointment weeks in advance. There is so much more but I am shaking typing this.

What is so sad, is, I *think* I like my car but I think it is just the dealer I dislike.............but it is the only one in the area. I think they just do not know how to fix the problem.
